FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Q - What is your minimum run quantity?
A - One piece! We may recommend some extras, but will run what you require. We do not have a minimum lot size (nor do we have a maximum).
Q - Can I pick my own colors?
A - Yes, we prefer working with the Pantone Matching System.
Q - What color should I use for my warning labels?
A - Industry standards use orange for warning, yellow for caution and red for danger. Black or white are good contrast colors to provide readability.
Q - How do I send my artwork?
A - Please see our Artwork link.
Q - What if I don't have artwork?
A - Our art and graphic department can create artwork for your application, which you would approve prior to production.
Q - Can I use application fluid to apply all my pressure sensitive products?
A - No! This works for many labels, decals or vinyl sign and graphic applications, but should not be used on engineered adhesive systems such as those provided on graphic overlays.
Q - How do I know if the adhesive system will work on my application?
A - Let us provide you with samples to test based on your need.
Q - When do I need a die for my parts?
A - Right now! We don't know how you have lived this long without your own steel rule die. In real life, we will recommend tooling based on the part construction and configuration. We will also provide economic implications of utilizing or not utilizing tooling for production. In prototype work, we will only require tooling when absolutely necessary. We will utilize power cutting, laser cutting, digital plotting and punching systems for development of your products or short run production. Tooling is sometimes the only good option when cutting special shapes in unique material constructions.
Q - What are the smallest parts you have made?
A - .180 x .240 x .002 thick diecut shims.
Q - What is the largest?
A - 5' x 39' banners.
